Where we ship
To US addresses. Outside the US: write to [email protected] before you order and we'll tell you whether we can.
What it costs
Nothing extra. US shipping is included in every price.
How long it takes
Playing cards: about 2–3 weeks from your approval of the proof to your door. Past orders took 15 to 25 days, printing and shipping together. Tarot decks: about 2–3 weeks from your order.
Returns and refunds
Playing cards
Every deck is printed to order, so we can't offer refunds. If you're unhappy with your deck, write to us and we'll talk about sending a replacement order at cost. We don't take returns.
Tarot decks
Changed your mind before it ships? Write to us and we'll refund you in full.
Studio and Commissioned deposits
The $20 deposit is refunded if you don't like the first cards.
Late orders
If we can't ship by the time we told you, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
