Buying a deck from us.

These terms cover buying a deck on qualiacards.com from Qualia Cards. Decks bought on our Etsy shop follow Etsy's terms. Questions: [email protected].

Making a deck

Previews are free. Only send us words and photos you have the right to use. We may decline to draw or print a deck, for example one that copies someone else's characters or logos, shows a person who hasn't agreed to it, or is hateful. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars, per deck, and include shipping to a US address. The price per deck drops as you order more copies of one design; the steps are on the FAQ and on each deck's page. You pay by card or wallet through Stripe at checkout. Orders over $500 start as a quote: we email you to confirm the details before we take payment.

Studio and Commissioned decks start with a $20 deposit, which comes off the price. It is refunded if you don't like the first cards.

Your proof

After you pay for a deck of playing cards, we show you every card in it. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses. A deck of playing cards reaches you in about 2–3 weeks from your approval; a tarot deck, about 2–3 weeks from your order. Outside the US, write to us before you order. More on the shipping & returns page.

Refunds and cancellations

Every deck is printed to order, so we can't offer refunds. If you're unhappy with your deck, write to us and we'll talk about sending a replacement order at cost.

If we can't ship by the time we told you, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Tarot decks may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

Your deck's art

The deck is yours to use and give away. We may show gallery decks, but we don't show a deck you made, or photos you sent, without your permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms on this page when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
